Robyn Soldo

Hello, everyone. My name is Robyn Soldo and I am from New York City. I was raised in an Italian household where family is everything. Sunday sauces, closeness among relatives, and large family celebrations are all traditions in the Soldo family. Growing up, my parents placed a high priority on education.

My two brothers and I were trained to follow the book. Go to school, earn a degree, get a job, and retire. I'd always known I had a desire to help others, but I never knew what I wanted to do with it. After high school, I planned to go to nursing school. It pays well, plus I'll have the opportunity to make a difference in so many people's lives. I went to four different colleges trying to pass organic chemistry. I struggled with the science.

Fortunately, after working a couple of retail jobs, I came upon this opportunity. I changed degrees to business management while still coming to work every day and giving my all to the management training program. At 19 years old, I found myself excelling more quickly than ever before, both personally and professionally.

It was a journey for me to go up from Entry Level into the HR Department. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to our team and business partner Dante for all their assistance in enabling me to accomplish so much over the last 18 months. I aim to begin making a greater impact on others after being recently advanced to mentorship. I'm excited to transform others and give people more confidence in their interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities
